Faith Formation Registration Open
Faith Formation 2022-2023
We are excited to announce that registration is now open for Youth & Families programs for the 2022-2023 school year. Faith Formation classes are available for students in grades 1-12 and take place one day a week before school and include breakfast and busing to schools in JD Central School District.

- If school is closed due to inclement weather or for holidays, Faith Formation will also be cancelled on that day.
- Save the date! The Fall Festival is Sunday, September 25th.
Transportation
Holy Cross contracts with JD District Transportaion Office to provide busing from Holy Cross Church to schools in JD Central School District. Greeters welcome students into the building at the front circle. We ask that elementary parents bring their child into the building and down to Yeazel Hall to make sure they are checked-in. At the dismissal of Faith Formation classes, our adult volunteers will ensure each student gets on the appropriate bus to make it to school on time.
If your child is not a student in JDCSD, let us know and we’ll try to work with you to come up with alternative transportation. Email Steve (steve@holycrossdewitt.org) or Julie (julie@holycrossdewitt.org) if you need assistance.
Adult Volunteers
We're always looking for adult volunteers! Here are just a few ways adults can help out: breakfast setup & cleanup, greeters & check-in, hall monitors, teachers, co-teachers, and substitutes. Our volunteers mean everything to us, so don't hesitate to reach out because we'll make sure you're well equipped and ready to go. Registration and Payment
The Faith Formation registration fee is $60/student (family max: $150). This fee helps offset program costs like breakfast, transportation, activities, and materials. No one will be excluded from participating due to finances. If you have a question about financial aid, please contact Fr. Kurgan via the parish office.
Each student registered before August 31 will get this year’s house shirt!
Use the family registration and payment form to get started! After submitting payment, be sure to complete a student registration form for each child participating.
