The Feast of the Ascension of the Lord, also called Ascension Thursday commemorates the bodily Ascension of Jesus into heaven. Ascension Thursday is celebrated as a Holy Day of Obligation on the fortieth day of Easter. Masses at Holy Cross are at 7:45 am, 10:30 am, and 5:30 pm. There will not be a vigil Mass on Wednesday evening.
