Totus Tuus is a vacation bible school day camp and evening youth retreat run by trained college students at Catholic parishes during the summer. It is extremely fun, energetic, and engaging while bringing youth to the depths of the faith. Holy Cross is hosting Totus Tuus the last week of July. Totus Tuus at Holy Cross for grades 1-6 (day camp, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM) is Monday, July 29 to Friday, August 2. For grades 7-12, Totus Tuus is Sunday, July 28 to Thursday, August 1 (evenings, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM). Keep scrolling for photos from last summer. ✌️

Totus Tuus is a summer Catholic youth program dedicated to sharing the Gospel and promoting the Catholic faith through evangelization, discipleship, Christian witness, and Eucharistic worship. Started in 1988 by Father Bernard Gorges in Wichita, Kansas, our week-long Parish Mission Program assists parents and parishes to evangelize and disciple their youth by supplementing the work they are already doing.
The methodology, structure, content, and enthusiasm of Totus Tuus is not only concerned with teaching the faith, but also igniting the hearts of the team members and young people. The result has been the formation of young adults who continue to dedicate themselves to the Church’s mission of evangelization.

The mission of Totus Tuus is to inspire in young people a true longing for holiness, a deep desire for daily conversion, and an openness to their vocation by constantly challenging them to give themselves entirely to Christ through Mary and by continually strengthening their prayer lives in imitation of her.

Totus Tuus hires young adults who are passionate about their Catholic faith to serve as summer missionaries and collaborates with parishes to offer week-long parish mission programs designed to teach and inspire children and youth.

The Diocese of Syracuse Office of Adolescent Catechesis and Discipleship and Holy Cross Church follow all recommended camp safety guidelines and required Safe Environment protocols for protecting your children and teens.
